"Now, now. You guys go play elsewhere," Silvermoon meows. "You're scaring her."
The apprentices nod, and run off back to their rooms.
"Sorry about that," Honeyclaw chuckles. "They're always excited."

Rapidmoon let out a nervous laugh, "To the kitchen then?"

(graypearl- last week, you won the lottery; I meant to give you the lottery numbers but we were currently switching to here and you hadn't put up your house yet. This week, I bought two more tickets and since I was the only one in there, I won the lottery this week. Usually, you can only accept your winnings till the next Saturday, but since you didn't know you can pick your winnings up at the bank today.)

Honeyclaw nods. "Over here." She shows Rapidmoon where the kitchen was. Everything was very neat.
(Ok. Thanks Mika. I bought another two lottery tickets just then)

Honeyclaw takes everything out. She was very messy in the kitchen.

Rapidmoon pushed the soda package to the side and turned on the oven. "Got a mixing bowl for the cake mix?" she asked.

The grey pelted she-cat poured out the entire box of vanilla cake mix and added two eggs per the boxes directions. She carefully cracked them with her paw and scooped out the egg shells with her mouth. She then, poured in two cups of milk and took a plastic spoon and mixed it together. She poured this mixture into the glass pan and pushed it into the oven.

Honeyclaw took the cutting board, and started chopping up the meat slices.

The oven timer ticked off the seconds as the cake began to rise and become a golden brown. Rapidmoon prepared the tub of vanilla frosting, sneaking a small portion into her mouth with her paw, and delighted at the rich sweet taste of vanilla frosting. Finally, the timer buzzed and the she-cat looked inside. It needed to cool down for a bit before she could get it.

Honeyclaw, by then, had already fried the meat slices and added flavour to them. She next put the frozen food in the oven.

Once Honeyclaw had opened the oven, Rapidmoon tested her luck and pulled the cake out, thankfully it wasn't too hot. She quickly swung it over to the countertop and cooled her mouth for a bit with cold tap water. The she-cat then pulled over the tub of vanilla frosting and coated it around the cake with the same plastic spoon she had used to mix the batter. Baking had been easier than she had thought, and she was going to try it again one day with her brother and Condorspots. "There we go!" she said with new found confidence. Rapidmoon let the cake cool down a bit more before putting it in the fridge.
