Rules Special to Wellfox
-You can only have 5 characters unless you pass the Livable test and receive the Livable ribbon. Once you receive that ribbon you may have as many characters as you want.
-To be considered active, you must be seen at least once a week.
-If you have under $100 and you cannot pass the Livable Test, you can apply at the Town Hall to be considered poor and be put on welfare. However, once you have over $100 for more than 42 hours and/or you have met all the requirements to be a fully fledged 'active' member, you must tell the bank at once so you do not receive welfare anymore.
-You are only allowed to make up to 3 businesses and either 1 apartment and 1 house or 2 houses. You can either get a free apartment or buy a house $1000. You can buy a second house costs $2000. The first business costs $500, the second is $2000, and the third is $5000.
-The bonus with a house is that there are no restrictions at all; you could have 50 bedrooms if you wished. With an apartment, you can only have a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and one extra room that cannot be utilized as an extra bedroom.
