In the chat, (that I thought you were apart of, although my memory is quite scratchy at times), I thought we had all agreed that an apartment would be free and that a house would cost money; however people who have already gotten houses do not have to pay. It is a slight upper advantage, but the sooner we do it, the less people have an advantage.
